Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
Salt
Pepper
Flour
Pam
1/4 cup orange marmalade
2 Tbls water
1 Tbls Soy Sauce
Directions:
Mix orange
marmalade, water and soy sauce in sauce pan on low heat until orange
marmalade is melted.
Salt, pepper and flour chicken breasts. Flash-fry chicken in non-stick
skillet with PAM until golden brown. Pour marmalade mixture over
chicken breasts and turn off heat (electric) and leave on stovetop
cover for about 30 minutes. If gas stovetop put on low heat.
