Double Chocolate Brownies with Raspberry Nut
Crunch Topping
Ingredients:
Brownie box mix, double chocolate
3/4 Cup chopped pecans
2 Tbs butter
2/3 Cup seedless raspberry preserves
1/3 Cup born sugar
Directions:
Make brownies per directions on package.
Toast pecans in butter on stovetop.
Heat raspberries in microwave until warm to easily spread.
When brownies are through cooking, spread raspberries over top,
sprinkle with pecans and then sprinkle with brown sugar. Broil in oven
for about 2 minutes.
